About The Blog

“This water flows toward the eastern region, goes down into the valley, and enters the sea. When it reaches the sea, its waters are healed. And it shall be that every living thing that moves, wherever the rivers go, will live”. Ezekiel 47

Nice To Meet You

Hi, I’m Lola.

My childhood was an interesting one. Our christian faith at home was mixed with other beliefs—it wasn’t always rooted solely in Christianity, at least not for most of my early years, as my dad was born and raised Muslim.

As a child, I was very quiet and often afraid. Many nights I would wake up suddenly, unable to go back to sleep, shaking with fear. That fear followed me for many years and shaped much of my early life.

I also remember being called unlucky, because it often seemed like things never went right for me.

Everything began to change when I was around 19 years old. I was going through a personal challenge that pushed me to start praying more intentionally. Prayer slowly became the only place where I could truly be myself. As an introvert, I didn’t always have people to talk to, so prayer became my safe space.

At first, I wasn’t even sure if God was listening.

But then something happened that changed my life forever—God began responding.

Through prayer and time spent reading the Bible, my understanding of God grew deeper. What started as quiet conversations in moments of loneliness became the beginning of a real relationship with Him.

Now I feel led by the Holy Spirit to start this blog and share stories from my journey of faith. My hope is that these experiences will help others discover God for themselves and understand that faith is a journey—one that takes time, questions, learning, and growth.

I’m not a theologian or a perfect Christian. I’m simply a regular person who found God through prayer.

Through this blog, I hope we can explore the Christian life together in a way that feels honest, healthy, and joyful—not forced or overwhelming.

If you are searching for God, curious about faith, or learning how to pray, I hope these stories encourage you and remind you that you are not alone on your journey.

Welcome to my faith journey.

What To Expect

In partnership with the Holy Spirit, my hope is for this space to become a place of intercession, encouragement, and spiritual growth. Here, we’ll pray for the lost, share stories—both personal and Holy Spirit–inspired—and offer children’s Bible lessons that nurture faith early. We’ll also draw on Psalms for spiritual warfare prayers.

It may seem like a lot, but I felt the Holy Spirit saying this work can’t wait. I’m stepping out in obedience, trusting His leading, and I’m grateful you’re here. We are co-laborers in Christ — as I sow through what God inspires, you can water by sharing and encouraging others, and together we’ll watch the Lord bring the increase.
